Born and raised in Hendersonville, Cameron Kilpatrick knew early on he had a passion for building and he wanted to impact his community through construction. He developed his craftsmanship starting from a young age with the guidance and mentorship from his Father and Grandfather.
With over 20 years of experience, Cameron values quality work and never cuts corners.
He ensures every aspect of a project from concept to completion, incorporating his expertise and skill with the client’s vision. He takes pride in maintaining a positive relationship with every client he works with.
Outside of his dedication to his growing company, Cameron enjoys spending time with his family in the beautiful outdoors of WNC. You can frequently find his family fishing, boating, hunting or enjoying local spots like Dupont State Forest.
Kina Kilpatrick was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and made Hendersonville her home when she married Cameron in 2004.
She has been an integral part of the growth of Associated Builders through the years. Kina is a licensed REALTOR with Allen Tate/Beverly Hanks and is a member of the Hendersonville Board of Realtors. Kina’s knowledge of the current market combined with being well educated on the design build process makes her an asset to clients. She is available to assist with land selection for new construction and all real estate needs.
Heather Tracy joined the Associated Builders team as Office Manager in 2021.
She feels delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work. Heather regularly finds herself drawing on her entrepreneurial skills and her education in business, accounting and social media. Prior to joining the Associated Builders team, she managed her own marketing consulting firm. Heather says she enjoys working with Associated Builders because the team has worked together for a long time, shares a common vision of excellence, and has never grown too big to stay personally connected to the clients.
