Born and raised in Hendersonville, Cameron Kilpatrick knew early on he had a passion for building and he wanted to impact his community through construction. He developed his craftsmanship starting from a young age with the guidance and mentorship from his Father and Grandfather.
With over 20 years of experience, Cameron values quality work and never cuts corners.
He ensures every aspect of a project from concept to completion, incorporating his expertise and skill with the client’s vision. He takes pride in maintaining a positive relationship with every client he works with.
Outside of his dedication to his growing company, Cameron enjoys spending time with his family in the beautiful outdoors of WNC. You can frequently find his family fishing, boating, hunting or enjoying local spots like Dupont State Forest.
Kina Kilpatrick was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and made Hendersonville her home when she married Cameron in 2004.
She has been an integral part of the growth of Associated Builders through the years. Kina is a licensed REALTOR with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and is a member of the Land of the Sky Association of Realtors. Kina’s knowledge of the current market combined with being well educated on the design build process makes her an asset to clients. She is available to assist with land selection for new construction and all real estate needs.
Tristin Clifford brings a decade of construction expertise to his role as Project Manager at Associated Builders, having joined the team in 2023. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and genuine passion for construction, Tristin consistently delivers exceptional results in every project he undertakes.
Originally from Texas, Tristin, alongside his wife Bailey and their dog Max, made the decision to relocate to Western North Carolina, driven by their shared love for the mountains and the great outdoors. Outside of his professional pursuits, Tristin is an outdoorsman at heart. He spends his free time practicing jiu-jitsu, hunting, fishing, and soaking up the serenity of nature.
With a steadfast commitment to excellence, a deep-rooted love for nature, and an unwavering dedication to his craft, Tristin Clifford has been a great addition to our team!
Cassie brings over 20 years of administrative experience to her role as Office Manager at Associated Builders. With a background in managing operations for specialty trade companies, she provides strong organizational leadership and keeps daily operations running smoothly.
Originally from Central Florida, Cassie has happily called Western North Carolina home for several years. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring local wineries and breweries with her husband, and spending time with her two mini dachshunds.
